Dear clients, we kindly ask you to pay attention to the General Terms and Conditions for the Use of the Windsor Tickets Platform, because by purchasing your ticket(s), you will accept our General Terms and Conditions broadly, unrestrictedly and unconditionally.

 

1. TICKET PURCHASE

1. The sale of tickets for Christmas and New Year’s Eve celebrations at the Windsor Barra and Windsor Marapendi units is carried out exclusively through the Windsor Tickets platform, the official ticket sales channel for both events, and the tickets are valid only for the days, time and place for which they were issued. Thus, after completing the purchase, there will be no chance of changing the ticket for another day, time and place.

 

Christmas 2024 - Windsor Barra

Avenida Lúcio Costa, 2.630 – Barra da Tijuca – the event will take place at the hotel’s Restaurant (Ground Floor) from 8:00 pm on 12/24/2024 to 01:00 am on 12/25/2024.

New Year’s Eve 2024/2025 – Windsor Barra

Avenida Lúcio Costa, 2.630 – Barra da Tijuca – the event will take place in the hotel’s Event Rooms, Louvres and Versailles (Ground Floor), from 9:00 pm on 12/31/2024 to 02:00 am on 01/01/2025.

Christmas 2024 - Windsor Marapendi

Avenida Lúcio Costa, 5.400 – Barra da Tijuca – the event will take place at the hotel’s Restaurant (Ground Floor) from 8:00 pm on 12/24/2024 to 01:00 am on 12/25/2024.

New Year’s Eve 2024/2025 – Windsor Marapendi

Avenida Lúcio Costa, 5.400 – Barra da Tijuca – the event will take place in the hotel’s Event Rooms, Caiapós, Aimorés and Cocamas (2nd floor), from 9:00 pm on 12/31/2024 to 02:00 am on 01/01/2025.

2. By purchasing a ticket through the Windsor Tickets platform and payment is confirmed, you enter into a direct contractual relationship of legal bond with the Rede Windsor Hotéis, Organizer of the Events, being subject to the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions.

3. Tickets, digital or printed, are the responsibility of the client. The ticket is a bearer document, has a unique QR Code and allows only one entry into the establishment. Thus, the custody and conservation of the ticket are the sole responsibility of the purchaser/holder of the ticket, and the Rede Windsor Hotéis is not responsible if the ticket is lost, stolen, robbed, misplaced or used by a third party who does not purchase the ticket, so that only the first holder to pass by the reader will have access to the establishment, and it is not possible to request a new access or a duplicate of the ticket.

4. If your ticket has been lost, stolen or robbed, immediately notify the Rede Windsor Hotéis, so that it can help in the search for the best solution for users.

5. As the ticket is only read once, only on the first access, all clients will receive the event bracelet upon arrival, so that they can leave the event venue and return when necessary.

6. The Rede Windsor Hotéis will not be responsible for tickets purchased outside the official authorized channel, https://windsortickets.com.br/entrar. Tickets identified in resale activities, such as on third-party websites, social networks or other unofficial channels, will be canceled at the sole and exclusive discretion of the Rede Windsor Hotéis, and the amount paid for the ticket(s) will not be refunded. The practice of acts of negotiation and resale of tickets will subject the offender to the penalties provided for by law and the data of the reseller and the buyer will be shared with the competent authorities.

7. It is also forbidden to sell or economically exploit tickets in any form or means, other than the official channel, including promotional actions with the tickets, except in cases where there is express authorization from the Rede Windsor Hotéis.
   
   

2. RULES OF CONDUCT

1. The events may be filmed, recorded or photographed, at the discretion of the Event Organizer, Rede Windsor Hotéis, for subsequent publication, transmission, retransmission, reproduction or dissemination on TV, cinema, radio, internet, advertising or any other means of communication, DVD production and Home Video. By attending the event, you agree, authorize and assign the free use of your image, name and voice, under the terms mentioned herein, without limitation, without characterizing improper use of image or any other violation of rights and without this use resulting in any burden and/or indemnity.

2. It is forbidden to enter the event venue with food and drinks. In cases where the Event Organizer, Rede Windsor Hotéis, previously authorizes the client to bring a beverage (sparkling wine, prosecco, whiskey or wine) this authorization will be through the collection of the Corkage Fee. The client must contact the Event Organizer to find out the amount of the Fee and pay it on a date prior to the event and must also inform the amount and brand.

3. The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age is prohibited and the possession and consumption of illicit drugs, narcotic substances and/or similar effects is prohibited. We emphasize that the abusive use of alcohol is harmful to health and that the Organizer of the Events, Rede Windsor Hotéis, does not endorse this practice.

4. All the public present at the event must go through a security inspection at the entrance, respecting the policy established by the Rede Windsor Hotéis.

5. In situations of Act of God or Force Majeure, Rede Windsor Hotéis may cancel, change the time, schedule and attractions and/or any other content.

6. There will be no seat assignment by the client, the seats will be assigned according to sales and under no circumstances will the Organizer of the Events, Rede Windsor Hotéis, be entitled to change the seat assigned before or on the day of the event.

7. There will be no table sharing at the event that will celebrate Christmas Eve, but there will be table sharing at the event that will celebrate New Year’s Eve in both units.

8. Events do not guarantee parking. Parking will be paid and subject to availability.

9. It is essential to present your printed ticket, at the entrance, on the day of the event.

10. Whenever there is an entertainment service for children, during the event, Kid’s Club, parents and/or guardians must adhere to and comply with the rules established by the Event Organizer, Rede Windsor Hotéis, so that the child has access to the space where the children’s entertainment activities will be held. Children under 8 years old can only enter and remain in the space accompanied by a guardian over 18 years old. The space is free for children up to 11 years old.

11. Clients in swimsuits will not be allowed to enter.
    
    

3. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

1. It is essential that you carefully read and agree with all the information provided herein. All purchases are final and, under no circumstances, will there be a refund of the amounts paid for the tickets, except in the following cases:

1. Purchase regret, under the terms of the Consumer Protection Code;

2. Act of God

3. Force majeure

4. Express determination of the Event Organizer

2. In case of purchase regret, the Consumer Protection Code provides that the consumer may withdraw from the purchase within seven (7) calendar days, counted from the date of purchase, provided that this period does not coincide with the fifteen (15) days prior to the date of the event for which the ticket was purchased.

3. Furthermore, in cases of regret, as described in item 3.2, it must be requested on the platform itself, in the Help Center (windsortickets.com.br/central-de-ajuda) -> Cancelamento e Reembolso -> “Como faço para cancelar meu ingresso?” [-> Cancellation and Refund -> “How do I cancel my ticket?]”.

4. Once cancellation and refund are requested, in cases of purchase regret, the credit will be made in the same way used for the payment of the purchase, minus the convenience fee (when applicable), within 30 (thirty) days after cancellation. In cases where the purchase was made by credit card, the amount will be refunded as a credit on subsequent invoices.

5. It will only be possible to cancel a purchase in its entirety, and its partial cancellation is not allowed. In this way, it will not be possible to cancel one or more tickets, if such tickets do not correspond to the total purchase.

6. After the deadlines mentioned in item 3.2, it is not possible to withdraw from the purchase or obtain a refund of the amounts paid.

7. In the event of cancellation of the event(s) by the Event Organizer, Rede Windsor Hotéis, the refund of the ticket(s) will be made through a procedure to be disclosed by the Rede Windsor Hotéis, except for cancellations with a procedure established in specific legislation. The deadline for reimbursement will be 30 (thirty) days for payment in cash or PIX [Brazilian Electronic Payment System] and in the case of credit card payments, the amount paid will be credited to subsequent invoices, according to the date of closure of the client’s card.
   
   

4. CHILD BILLING POLICY

1. Children from 0 to 05 years old do not pay, as long as for each child in this age group there is a corresponding adult who pays their ticket in full. Children from 06 to 10 years old pay the equivalent of 50% of the adult value and from 11 years old pay the same amount charged by the adult. The age of the child must be proven on the date of the Event by presenting a valid ID with photo and proving that the corresponding adult is responsible for the child.
   
   

5. PRIVACY POLICY

1. Rede Windsor Hotéis’s treatment of any information provided by you or collected by Rede Windsor Hotéis is governed by the Privacy Policy, available at the link windsortickets.com.br/c/politica-de-privacidade and incorporated by this reference. The Privacy Policy is the document that regulates the processing of personal and/or confidential data by the Rede Windsor Hotéis and its staff.

2. The collection, use and sharing by the Rede Windsor Hotéis of your personal information will be carried out under the terms set forth in the Privacy Policy, which is why you should read the Privacy Policy carefully and discontinue using the services if you do not agree with the description of the treatment.
   
   

6. VIOLATION OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Any violations of these General Terms and Conditions or attempts to use the platform, the tickets or any product, service or property of the Rede Windsor Hotéis for shady purposes are subject to the suspension or cancellation of the associated account(s), at the discretion of the Rede Windsor Hotéis and without prior notice, without prejudice to the applicable legal measures. This includes, but is not limited to: Attempting to circumvent the security of the Official Sales Channel – Windsor Tickets, attempting to obtain sensitive user data, distributing viruses or other malicious software, fraud, insulting, defamatory or libelous conduct, cancellations or alterations of events, copyright or intellectual property violations, among others.
   
   

7. LACHES

1. The user of the platform will have up to 90 (ninety) days to file judicial or administrative complaints arising from the services and/or products that this General Terms and Conditions deal with.
   
   

8. TERMINATION AND VALIDITY OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. These General Terms and Conditions are in force between the Parties as long as the service provision relationship between the user and the Rede Windsor Hotéis exists, which begins with the registration on the platform and can be terminated through:

1. Cancellation of the Registration at the request of the user and discontinuation of the use of the services;

2. Cancellation of registration for violation of the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Platform;

3. Death of the user, proven by a death certificate.

2. Rede Windsor Hotéis also reserves the right to totally or partially interrupt the availability of the Services if its operation is no longer economically viable. The termination of the provision of services does not imply withdrawal by any of the parties of the credits to which they are still entitled.
   
   

9. CLIENT DECLARATION

1. I hereby declare that by purchasing a ticket through the Windsor Tickets Platform to participate in the Christmas 2024 and/or New Year’s Eve 2024/2025 event(s), at the Windsor Barra or Windsor Marapendi units, that I am aware of and agree, in its entirety, with the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Windsor Tickets Platform, as well as with the Privacy Policy available at the link windsortickets.com.br/c/politica-de-privacidade.
   
   

10. JURISDICTION

1. The Parties elect the central court of the Judicial District of Rio de Janeiro to settle any issues arising from this Agreement to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.
